Curt Joslin is Co-Chairman of The Joslin Group, a collection of family-owned, construction-related and commercial real estate companies based in the Greater Houston area. He also serves as President and CEO of Joslin Development Group, developing unique subdivision and ranch land properties in rural Texas communities. Curt formerly served as CEO of Joslin Construction Company from 2000 to 2018, growing his family business from 10 employees to over 400, and establishing Joslin as a premier commercial heavy civil contractor in SE Texas. Curt used his construction knowledge to start multiple construction related firms such as Site Tech Construction Layout, which was sold to his operating partner in 2024, Liberty Precast and Buckner Precast which were sold to a competitor in 2019, Idaho Precast which was sold to a competitor in 2024 and DempseyGill which was sold to his operating partner in 2025 and has been an investor in several others. Curt’s career has been blessed with outstanding employees, partners and business associates that have been paramount to his success. Curt is a lifelong resident of East Montgomery County has served his community on several boards and committees and is a current Montgomery County Civil Service Commissioner, current Montgomery County Ethics Committee Member, current Tyler County Industrial Commission board member and former trustee and president of the New Caney ISD Board of Trustees. Curt and his wife Jennifer live in Porter, Tx, have four grown daughters, four sons-in-law and 9 grandchildren.
