Mr. Cravey is a former director of Commercial Bancshares, Inc (“CBI”) and Commercial State Bank (“CSB”) where he served with Mr. Brooks. Mr. Cravey is a certified public accountant with Jeffrey M. Cravey, P.C., which he formed in 1989. He provides guidance to small businesses on matters such as government compliance for tax reporting, minimization of tax obligations, financial reporting for management of operations and reporting to financial institutions and developing operational efficiencies. Mr. Cravey also assists companies with acquiring and structuring financing and has represented companies and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to starting Jeffrey M. Cravey, P.C., he worked with two other local accounting firms. Mr. Cravey also served as a director of the local Kingwood, Texas board of directors of First Financial Bank, N.A. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas, Mr. Cravey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cravey holds a B.B.A. in accounting and a M.B.A. in finance, both from the University of Houston.
