Tye Jones has more than 15 years of banking experience and joined Citizens State Bank in 2022 as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, he was vice president at HTLF and senior vice president at AimBank in Levelland, Texas. He is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Tye is known for his strategic vision and ability to foster growth and innovation within the banking industry. He has a keen interest in financial technology and is passionate about implementing modern solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. In the fast-paced world of banking, Tye’s leadership and forward-thinking approach continue to make a significant impact, both within Citizens State Bank and the broader community.
